Refund Policy

We respond quickly and always aim to resolve issues without delay.

Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds in the following situations:

1. You did not receive access to the product

If access was not delivered or there was an email mismatch, we will resend your access. If you still prefer a refund, we will process it.

2. Duplicate or accidental purchase

If you accidentally purchased more than once, we will refund the extra order.

3. Technical issues that prevent access

If a verified technical issue prevents you from using the product and we are unable to resolve it, we will refund your purchase.

4. Product not as described

If you believe the product you received does not match what was described on the sales page, please contact us. We will review the case and issue a refund when appropriate.

Situations Not Covered

Because our products are delivered instantly and contain downloadable or proprietary digital content, we do not offer refunds in cases where:
  • - The customer has full access for a long period, but chooses not to use the product
  • - The customer changes their mind after downloading or accessing, and utilizing the content
  • - The refund request comes long after the purchas,e without any issue reported

  • - The name of the product purchased
  • - A short note describing the issue
